  1. Wellness Walking Program – designed to help educate people about walking as a form of exercise to have and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Walking will help to control weight, lower cholesterol, strengthen the heart, reduce stress, decrease the likelihood of serious health problems and promote an overall sense of wellbeing.
    1. 12 week (60 minute walking workout M-F) complete program that includes an orientation, assessment, program overview, participant guidelines, tracking log, sample walking program, weekly lesson handouts & materials, setting goals, success certificate and program evaluation.
    2. Description: Looking for a way to get motivated and get moving? There are countless ways you can get active, but walking is one of the easiest ways to get active and stay active. This 8-12-week walking program is for every one of all ages and fitness levels! Each walk includes a warm up, brisk walk, cool down and finish up with some stretching. Anticipate a change of scenery from walking inside, on the track and outdoors as well. In addition to walking, we will add strength training exercises with dumbbells, bands, body bars, etc. for a balanced exercise program. Walking with a purposeful stride, arms pumping, heart rate elevated, you can help control weight, lower cholesterol, strengthen the heart, reduce stress, decrease the likelihood of serious health problems, and promote an overall sense of well-being. All you need is a good pair of walking or cross trainer shoes, comfortable clothing, water and the desire to reap big results!

 

  1. Life Transformation Program – To bring holistic centered preventative and restorative lifelong wellness solutions to the whole consumer.

Opportunity/Need Addressed: Holistic life coaching is an ongoing partnership with a consumer, based on a holistic model of consumer-centered strategies and solutions working with the body, mind and spirit to produce fulfilling results in their personal, professional and spiritual lives – enhancing overall quality of life.
  2. Product/Service and Market Description: To deliver holistic restorative health and wellness strategies and solutions to the consumer – available to students, adults/couples, families and seniors: mental health counseling, crisis intervention, life/career counseling, stress management, art/music/light/touch/movement therapy, reflexology, meditation, guided imagery, visualization, personal fitness training, exercise classes and nutritional counseling.
  3. 12 week program that includes a life inventory and health history questionnaire, release waiver/informed consent, doctor’s release (as needed), group & 1:1 meetings, wellness counseling, complete wellness program prescription, meditation sessions, group exercise classes, etc.

 

  1. Cardio Kickboxing Classes – Need an hour of cardio and like to move to the beat? This is the perfect class for you! This class combines basic kickboxing moves that will keep you on your toes while moving to the beat. Come get a great cardio workout and relieve your stress by throwing punches and perfecting your kicks! No prior kickboxing training required!
    1. Don’t need a lot to get this class started…only some space, jump ropes, boxing or sparring gloves or wraps will even do just fine.

Boot Camp Classes – This class incorporates full body dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, varied intervals and multi-directional movements which help develop more cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength. You never repeat the same workout twice which keeps your body challenged and in full fat burning mode, incinerating calories and sculpting the ultimate you. Whether your goal is to compete in a sport, avoid injury or just keep up with your kids, this class will train you for life. All levels welcome.
